It's not. It never was.

Misty has spent more than 23 years in the beauty industry — as a stylist, a business owner, and everything messy and rewarding in between. She's built teams, grown a client base from scratch, and lived through the kind of hard lessons that only show up when you realize talent alone doesn't keep the lights on.
The Dawn Collective was born from that journey — and from a simple belief: beauty business owners deserve the business education nobody ever handed them.
